  • What's included in the clean?

    The scope of our cleaning services depends on the type of clean and the time available. We don’t have a "one size fits all" approach because every space is different and every client has unique needs. We follow a very thorough task list, and the more time we have, the further down the list we can work.

    It’s important for clients to be upfront about their expectations and specific requirements. This ensures we can tailor our services to meet your needs and deliver the best results possible.

  • How do I know how much time my clean will take?

    The amount of time needed for your clean depends on several factors, such as the size of the space, the type of cleaning required and the condition of the property.

    We provide quotes based on the details given on the booking form. If you need a more detailed or deep clean, it may take longer.

  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

    No, we come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for the job. If you have any specific cleaning products you prefer, feel free to let us know in advance and leave them out where we can see them.

  • What if something gets damaged during the clean?

    We take great care to avoid any damage to your property while cleaning. However, accidents can happen. We ask that you remove any delicate or fragile trinkets or items to prevent this?

  • Do I need to be home for the clean?

    It’s up to you! Many of our clients choose to give us access to their home while they are away. You may choose to leave a key in a safe place or provide a secure way to enter your home. If you prefer to be home during the clean, that’s perfectly fine too. We’re flexible and will accommodate your schedule.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash payments as well as bank transfers (EFT). You can choose the method that works best for you.

  • What should I do before the clean?

    To get the most out of your clean, we recommend tidying up any personal items, valuables or fragile objects. The less clutter we have to remove or work around, the deeper we can clean.
